Being a news correspondent was one of the most intense, most dramatic, most exhausting, and craziest experiences in my life. It was also the most fulfilling and one of my favorite chapters.

I would say this was the point where my writing drastically changed for the better. I met a lot of interesting people, including mentors and friends, and got to do things I never thought I would be able to do.

I loved being a news correspondent and I'm forever grateful that I got to do my stint at Cebu Daily News.
